Magdalini Vraila is a licensed Architect and a creative designer working out of Los Angeles, CA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (NAAB-accredited) from the University of Southern California and has experience working on Residential, Commercial and Higher Education projects. She is skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and has a firm understanding of local building codes and ordinances. Magdalini is passionate about interior design and has a strong working knowledge of FF&E packages and material specifications.
She grew up in Athens, Greece but had the opportunity to travel from a very young age. Traveling has offered her new experiences and she sees new experiences as the stepping stones for new ideas. She chose to pursue Architecture because it allowed her to utilize these new ideas and because she believes that it has the power to change the way we perceive the world around us. Architecture and Interior Design are art, and like other forms of art, they provoke emotions. As a designer, she aims to influence the way people experience a space and move through it. To her, movement and architecture are inextricably linked and as a dancer herself, she sees the design process similar to choreographing. It is full of surprises, trials and errors and hard work but in the end it is all worth it because somehow every little step is followed by the next and out of nothing, something fascinating is born!
